- When you are done, count out the decimal places. Here we
have only 2 places for the 1.11, which means we have only two
decimal places in our answer.

- .255 x 1.5 = .3825
- When we multiply here we must carry numbers over (5x5=25,
carry the 2).
- We have 3 decimal places for the .255 and one decimal place
for the 1.5, giving us a total of 4 decimal places in our answer.

- Complete the following division problems.
- First set up the traditional division equation.
- Shift the decimal point over the required number of places
so the divisor is a whole number.
- Perform the division as usual.
