in Intergroup Dialogue

Multiversity Project

SOC/WSP 230 courses are being offered as part of Syracuse University's participation in the Multiversity Intergroup Dialogue Project.  This project brings together teachers and researchers from across ten institutions of higher education to develop best practices in intergroup dialogue including the development and implementation of a shared curriculum. In addition, these institutions are participating in a research project that studies the educational benefits of student learning through intergroup dialogue.

For more information about this project, you may contact Professor Gretchen Lopez (gelopez@syr.edu). You may also go to the University of Michigan’s Program in Intergroup Relations website where the Multiversity Project is described in more detail.
