I am a eight year-old miniature dachshund.
My mom found me through dachshund rescue.

My mom,
Stephanie Waterman,
is a graduate student at
SUNY Empire State College.
She'll be finished with her Master of Liberal Studies in the Summer 1999 semester.
Stephanie has compiled a list of Native American books she recommends. See Syracuse University homepage where my mom works at the Center for Support of Teaching and Learning. My dad, Curtis Waterman, also known as Sweet Curtis Brown, plays harmonica in local bands, works at Eastern Copy Products and was president of the Parent-Teacher group at the Onondaga Nation School. We have a new wing, and renovated school. Check it out. My uncle, Alfie Jacques, makes wooden, handmade lacrosse sticks. |
My birthday is May 21st. I'm a taurus (stubborn? yes). They say I sleep all day, but that's not true. (I get up at least once to go outdoors.) I like to tunnel into the blankets. Before you sit on the
couch,
check the pillow case, I might be inside.
Sometimes I romp with Cousin Pep, but that's only once a day or so. I'm too dignified to play "fetch." My favorite activity is Goforaride. On vacation I like to knock over beer cans and drink the beer. Mom says if I get into the trash one more time, she's going to mention it on my homepage. I don't see why everyone gets so upset about that. My cousin Charlie is missing. Please check out his page. His family misses him. You've heard about a wolf in sheep's clothing, how about an English Bull Terrier in lamb's clothing! Check out my new friend Chumley. Is he cute or what? My life has changed considerably since the arrival of the .... hamster. My human sister got a hamster, Hamlet, in October, and I am on hamster-alert ALL THE TIME. I mean, really that hamster is going to get out of the cage and walk into the living room AT ANY SECOND. I've lost weight, I look good, I'm not sleeping all day anymore. The hamster could care less, but how big is a hamster brain anyway! People don't realize it but really I'm a rottweiler trapped in a dachschund body. I have dedicated my life to the protection of my family and van. I don't understand why everybody laughs when I am just so ferocious. They must be trying to hide their fear.... My mom took me and cousin Pep for a professional photo. I was terrified. But I took a nice picture Want to see more dachsies? Visit Dachshunds on the Web. One of my favorite sites.
There is website that represents the traditional Six Nations, the
Haudenosaunee. Please check it out and make my momma happy.
